Living area: Very bright living room with a superbly equipped kitchenette. Sleeping Area: Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (ideal for 3 people). Upon request, a pouf bed for a 4th guest is available. The bathroom: Modern, with a large and comfortable shower. I will personally welcome you to show you around the house and give you our private guide featuring the best restaurants and hidden gems in the area. Guest access Private Parking (Garage): You will have a dedicated garage located inside the underground parking lot, right in front of the prestigious Lido di Camaiore pier. It is an absolute rarity for the area, allowing you to park in complete safety and convenience, and forget about the stress of traffic. Flexible Welcome: If you arrive before the check-in time (scheduled for 3:00 p.m.), we will be happy to welcome you in the garden of our beach club in Marina di Pietrasanta (about 4 km from the house). You can start enjoying the relaxing seaside atmosphere while we prepare your penthouse. Personal Welcome: Upon your arrival, I will personally welcome you to show you around the house, explain all the technological features (air conditioning, kitchen, garage), and give you the keys. I will be at your disposal to provide tips on the area and to make sure your stay gets off to the best possible start. Other things to note Booking: The rental is on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. This ensures that you can fully experience the rhythm and atmosphere of Versilia. Check-in & Check-out: The apartment will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m. onwards. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 a.m. Beach facilities: Right outside the building, accessible in flip-flops, there is an agreement in place with the beach facility directly in front of the apartment, offering a 10% discount. Beach & Relaxation (Special Offer): In May, June, September, and October, we offer our guests a free beach spot at our beach club in Marina di Pietrasanta (4 km/2.5 miles away).
