It has two bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each room. The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch and a 43" Smart TV. I also have plenty of books to enjoy in the living room. The dining table seats 4. The kitchen has lots of counter space and a brand new induction stove. It is fully stocked with cooking gear, utensils, and dishes. Off the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer. The semi-private backyard has outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful summer nights. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and semi-private backyard area. Other things to note Parking: There is only 1 hour street parking. 2 cars could park in the driveway; however you need to be mindful on how you park since you need to leave room to access the gate. No cars are allowed to park behind the gate. Please look around how cars are parked in the neighborhood with one driveway. Please don’t block the sidewalk if you park back to back in the driveway.
