Please do not check-in earlier without approval- your door code is not active until 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM → Late check-out is possible if pre-arranged. Please be considerate of the housekeeper’s time- late check-out fees may apply if late check-out is not prearranged and housekeeper has to wait for you. Cleaning during stays for an extra charge is available upon availability. Price depends on condition of home and type of cleaning desired. House must be empty while housekeeper cleans. Dropping off luggage due to early arrival or late departure is available but must be pre-arranged. SMARTtvs have Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. as listed in amenities, however, they require personal credentials; credentials are not provided. Propane gas tank provided for fire pit will only last 2-4 hours. One must replenish the gas tank themselves after the one provided is used up. Dining table can seat up to 8 people as it can extend open. There are 6 chairs already available, the remaining chairs must be grabbed from game room (bar stools) or kitchen (kitchen stools).
