Adjacent to the living room, you will find a large front room, complete with a charming fireplace. Please note that during the summer months, the fireplace will be turned off to keep the home cool and comfortable. As you explore further, you will discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide you with a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom features a luxurious queen size bed, adorned with soft and plush linens. The second bedroom offers a cozy full size bed, ensuring that everyone in your party will have a comfortable place to rest and rejuvenate. Our cozy bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, allowing you to start your day feeling invigorated. We have taken care to provide all the necessary amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. In the well-stocked kitchen, you will find an array of utensils at your disposal. Whether you are a seasoned chef or simply enjoy preparing a quick meal, you will have everything you need to create culinary delights. To kickstart your mornings, we have thoughtfully provided complimentary coffee and tea, ensuring that you can savor a hot and delicious beverage at your leisure. As an added bonus, the upper unit is unoccupied, granting you exclusive access to the expansive yard, convenient driveway, and inviting deck. About 7 blocks to the lake and all accessible by sidewalk. Home is close to playgrounds for children. Walk to downtown or to the beach! Sidewalk in front of the home is about a 10 minute walk to Crescent Beach. Food and beverage utensils have been provided in this unit as a guest convenience. They have not been sanitized. It is recommended that you wash with a detergent, rinse with clean water and sanitize utensils before their use. To sanitize, after rinsing, add 1 teaspoon of unscented bleach per gallon of clean water and immerse utensils for a minimum of 30 seconds, then air dry. The sanitizer is located in the hall closet.
