On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with a bed 160 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm. 1 bathroom with wc. The adjoining house is composed of a ground floor + 1 floor. On the ground floor: large living / dining room (fireplace). Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 180X200 cm with private bathroom, wc and dressing room. Full electric heating. Outside: 1 large park of 2 ha with a beautiful mirror pool (14m x 4m, depth 1.5m) heated and open from 01/05 to 30/09 with wooden beach (100m²), sunbeds, umbrellas, 1 petanque court, 1 barbecue, garden furniture, 2 terraces (40m² each), 1 private parking/covered shelter.
