Colorado Springs Condo near Airport/Peterson AFB

Welcome to our home! We hope that you can use this space as a place to rest after all of the adventures that Colorado provides. In our home you will have access to two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen and living area. In the living area there is a projector to play DVD’s and have a movie night. Or you can lay in the hammock out back and enjoy the sunset over the mountains. Across our street is an area to walk your dogs. Have fun! The space With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, our home is the perfect place for families or friends traveling together. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a bathroom next to it with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is spacious with a waffle maker, coffee grinder and french press, along with normal kitchen amenities. Our living area has a fireplace and a projector to watch DVDs. There is a hammock hung out back and an area to walk your dog across the street. Down the road is access to a park. We are located five minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport, 7 minutes from Peterson AFB, 15 minutes from Fort Carson, and 15 minutes from downtown. In the garage, you will have access to our bikes and our bouldering pad. Ute Vally offers great bouldering and mountain biking trails. Dogs are welcome! Please make sure that you clean up after your pet to avoid an additional pet cleaning fee. You will also have access to our washer and dryer. Please use these with care and clean out the dryer vent after each use. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, aside from the 3rd bedroom. Please leave this room untouched as we use this room for storage while we are traveling.
