The space Are you looking for a peaceful and modern accommodation located in the beautiful residential area of Burlöv? Look no further! We currently have a newly renovated 27 sqm guest house available for rent. It features a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, and dryer, while the kitchen was just completed on April 1st, 2023 and is brand new. The house is equipped with an efficient air heat pump that keeps the temperature comfortable all year round, whether you need to warm up or cool down. We are looking for someone who wants to live in a quiet area with proximity to buses and shops in Burlöv center. Thanks to the new train station, it is easier than ever to get between Malmö and Lund. The house is adapted for a maximum of two people. Inside the house, you'll find a comfortable sofa with a coffee table, a 60-inch Samsung TV, a TV stand, a dining table with two chairs, and a wardrobe. An extra bed is also provided for your convenience. Additionally, the house is equipped with laundry facilities, internet, water, electricity, and heating, all included in the rental price. Free parking is available, as well as access to a part of the garden area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private terrace with table and chairs. Please note that the accommodation is pet-free. Before we can accept your booking, we kindly ask you to read and acknowledge the following requirements: 1. Number of guests: Please inform us of the number of guests who will be staying in the Cozy little house. Our house is intended for a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. 2. Pets: Please note that pets are not allowed in the house due to allergies of some of our guests. 3. Smoking: Please note that our house is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not allowed indoors. If smoking occurs indoors, an extra fee of 5000 SEK will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning. 4. Other rules: Please treat our house with respect and leave it in the same condition as upon arrival. Any damages or lost items will be charged at full price.
