The space This three-story property offers plenty of space and privacy. The ground floor is home to my parents, who maintain the property and have their own private entrances and living areas. The 1st floor, accessed from Bitou Street, features a spacious patio with an outdoor shower for rinsing off beach sand. Inside, a 2.5m wide entrance hall leads into an open-plan kitchen and living area, extending to an outdoor space with a pool. Indoor dining table seats 8 and outdoor table seats 10 people. The master bedroom offers a queen bed extra length, large windows, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single extra length beds, share a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower. On the 2nd floor, you'll find a kitchenette, washing machine, and an entertainment area with a 12-seater dining table, and a banquet perfect for card games. There’s also another master ensuite bedroom, a dormitory with 3 bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The large rooftop patio features an outdoor braai and stunning views of the beach, sea, mountains, and Mossel Bay. The property runs on solar power and inverters, ensuring you're never affected by loadshedding. It also has CCTV and armed response security and Wi-Fi throughout. Closest beach is Bothastrand (50m). Bothastrand is one of the popular beaches for families in the Great Brak River area. This pristine beach has excellent facilities and lifesavers on duty during peak season holidays. Unlike some of the more tourist-heavy beaches along the Garden Route, Bothastrand remains a peaceful haven where visitors can unwind in solitude and connect with the calming rhythm of the sea. Bothastrand’s appeal is not just limited to its beach; the area is a fantastic base for exploring the nearby nature reserves, hiking trails, and the vibrant flora and fauna of the region. The surrounding environment is rich with birdlife, making it a popular spot for bird watchers and nature enthusiasts. During winter Southern Right Whales can often be spotted close to shore.
