This well-appointed space features two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a welcoming living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen stocked with all your essentials. With its double-height ceiling, our apartment is bathed in natural light, creating an inviting ambiance throughout. Each room is equipped with its own AC and attached balcony, allowing you to enjoy the fresh Goan breeze at your leisure. One bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, while the second bathroom is conveniently located just outside. Entertainment is at your fingertips in the living room, where a 43" Smart HD TV awaits, pre-loaded with popular streaming apps like Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video, and Hotstar. Stay connected with our reliable 150 Mbps unlimited Wi-Fi connection. Daily cleaning is provided by our dedicated housekeeper, except on Sundays, her well-deserved day off. While we don't offer in-house cooking services, our fully equipped kitchen invites you to explore your culinary skills. You'll find a gas burner, fridge, microwave, water purifier, kettle, and a selection of dishes and cutlery at your disposal. Feel free to use any kitchen amenities you require. Our apartment is nestled within a secure gated complex comprising an apartment block and six standalone villas. Residents can take advantage of the communal swimming pool, and round-the-clock security ensures your peace of mind. Ample parking space is available for both cars and bikes, both within and outside the complex. For your convenience, a supermarket and liquor store are conveniently located near the main gate. Additionally, we're in close proximity to Mojigao, a renowned Eco Village, and Project Cafe, an exquisite coffee shop nestled within an extraordinary Art Gallery. Assagao boasts an array of dining options, including Fig & Maple, Jamun Tree, JackFruit Tree, Avo's, Vinayak, Gun Powder, and Mustard Cafe, all just a short walk or drive away. Furthermore, our location offers easy access to Anjuna and Vagator beaches within a 10-15 minute drive, and Morjim, Ashwem, and Mandrem beaches within 25 minutes. Guest access The apartment is located in the popular area of Assagao and it's not too far from the famous restaurants of North Goa. It's in a building complex called JD Enclave. Guest can use common pool during the day time and common parking to park their vehicles. Other things to note "Our property is Vastu compliant and has been professionally verified by a certified Vastu consultant" The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped with everything. However, If there's anything else still needed please contact host. The apartment is on first floor and there are mandatory stairs. If mentioned prior, we can also arrange for pick up and drop off on an extra charge. There is hot water in the washroom 24*7. The house rules shall be sent on your direct message also once you book, it is also written on our profile, please go through it. Mirashya Homes Policies :- 1. TARIFF – The tariff is for the entire 2bhk space only. 2. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS – Taxi Bills/Food Bills or any other bills must be settled on presentation. 3. CHECK IN – Please provide a valid Government ID Card/Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival (either to be shared on email if the caretaker is not around). Balance payments must be deposited at the time of check in. Damage deposit of 5000/– this amount shall be refunded to you on check out. This is mandatory to ensure damage control. 4. Check In – Check Out – Check in time is 2Pm and Check out time is 11am. Early check in at 11am is possible as per availability. 5. DEPARTURE – Kindly inform the caretaker prior incase you wish to extend the stay beyond 11am. The extension shall be given as per the availability @ 500/- per hour or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension. 6. GUEST’s BELONGINGS – Guests are requested to look after their belongings. Kindly lock the rooms before leaving the premises and take responsibility of your own belongings as no one will be held responsible if something misplaces. 7. Inclusions – 2bhk air conditioned apartment, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen - utensils, basic necessity items. Tea/Coffee refills and water. Pool access. 8. LINENS & TOWELS – Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine incase one needs to wash the towels. The bed linen and towels scan be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 300/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels and two towels) 9. Pets are allowed at 500 rs per pet per night. Incase the pet fee has already been charged, the balance amount can be adjusted at checkout 10. LOUD MUSIC – Not Allowed as there are neighbors around. We'd not want to be the cause of disturbance to anyone. 11. ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – The supply is generally permanent, but can sometimes happen to have an accident or suspension. In case there is no electricity, the management isn’t responsible as the cut off shall be a common problem for all. The apartment is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off. 12. Apartment AMENITIES – Kindly note the kitchen is available for our guest’s convenience, any eatables/Spices/Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. Extra mattress is 1000/- per person. 13. HAZARDOUS GOODS – Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poison, Drugs & Pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises. 14. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY – The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals. (Kindly ask the owners for the charges) 15. MISCONDUCT – Any misconduct or nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the homestay, incase this happens the management has full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. We expect our guests to be respectful towards us, the caretaker and the space and we will definitely resonate the same from our end. 16. POOL - Access timing for Pool is from 8.30am-8.30pm as per the society rules. The supervisor will guide you incase of any changes. Kindly abide by the society norms and always wear proper swimwear 17. Breakfast - Not included 18. Smoking is strictly prohibited in /around Pool, gym and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking 19. For booking over 28 days, we charge extra for electricity : 7 rupee per unit as per consumption 20.We recommend our guests to shut the windows and doors from 6 to 8 pm to avoid mosquitoes getting in the property. Or let our staff do that if not around.
