Nutil's South Bohemian cottage is ideal for families with children, groups of cyclists and tourists. Together we have created our home in the place of the original barn and we offer you a renovated cottage as a pleasant place to relax while wandering around our beautiful southern Bohemia. Of course, there is a spacious kitchen including appliances, a common room with board games, table football and a terrace. We offer accommodation for a group of 8 people with outdoor seating in the picturesque village of Buk. The space The cottage is located in the village square of the picturesque village of Buk, which is quiet, but at the same time belongs to the town of Jindřichův Hradec. Everything important can be reached in about 5 minutes by car (shops, restaurants, activities for children, pharmacy, hospital, etc.). The usable area of the accommodation is about 110m2, the enclosed terrace/porch is about 25m2 and in front of the house there is a front garden (behind the thuja) plus a spacious meadow. Guest access A terrace with seating, barbecue and children's sandpit is available for guests at the cottage. In front of the house there is also a space for relaxation, for example on a sun lounger. It is not possible to enter the courtyard, because the courtyard is also the driveway to our house further in the courtyard in the place of the former barn. You can comfortably hide bicycles and strollers on the porch. Other things to note 1. The cottage is in the built-up part of the village, it is necessary to take into account the neighbors and keep the peace at night. 2. The porch is spacious and you can store bicycles or strollers in it. 3. A terrace/porch with seating and space for sun loungers is available at the cottage. There's a spacious meadow in front of the cottage. It is not possible to enter the yard or use it, as it serves as a driveway to our house in the yard. 4. The cottage is over 100 years old, it is necessary to ventilate and use warm days for heating. But on hot days, it's pleasantly cool. 5. We always clean the cottage completely from floor to ceiling, so we believe that our guests will understand that taking out the garbage, sweeping up coarse dirt or vacuuming and taking off the bedding is a great help for us before cleaning. 6. The cottage has a fridge, microwave, kettle, oven, stove and washing machine. Be careful, there's no dishwasher in the cottage.
