Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house. Sun bathe, swim, fish, play horseshoes or badminton. Lay in the hammock, or sway in the hammock swings, grill and chill or take a nature walk. Oxford Casino, Oxford Plains speedway, Walmart, Hannaford Market, Gas stations, Dunkin donuts, Dollar tree, Ocean state job lot, flea markets, antiques and some restaurants including Applebees are all located on route 26. Maine wildlife park is also on route 26 in Gray. The space Nestled in the woods, on a dirt road is our quaint, cozy, little, water front cabin. King, queen, full and bunk beds. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms. Full kitchen, full bathroom (with walk-in shower), and laundry. Gas grill, picnic table. A big fire pit area for smores after dinner (or before, it's your vacation). Outhouse for quick bathroom breaks while outside. Horse shoe pits and badminton. Maybe just relax in the hammock? You make all the decisions here. Guest access No garage access. Car port access for one vehicle. No guest house access. Access to Outhouse, located in front of firepit. Use at your own risk. Please no unattended children. Nothing but body waste and toilet paper allowed. Other things to note The bunk bed room, is actually the entry way into the house. All windows have blinds, there is a privacy curtain and the door locks. The bunk beds have cot mattresses. Provided for you : 2 bath towels and 2 face cloths per person. 2 hand towels, 2 dish towels, 1 dish mat, 3 pot holders. a sponge, sos pad and dishcloth for wiping counters/tables. To get you started: 1 roll of paper towels on holder and 1 extra, 1 toilet paper on dispenser plus 2 back up. 1 coffee Kcup per adult. (plus 1 extra) for your first morning.( Tea bags, powdered creamer and sugar/splenda provided) 2 (free and clear) Tide pods for washer. 2 bounce dryer sheets for dryer. A basket of some "extras" that may have been forgotten, is in the bathroom, feel free to use what you may have forgotten. Things like condiments and seasonings will be left from prior renters, your's to use if needed. That is your own discretion. Firewood not provided. Big Apple, Rooper's liquor store and a couple of private homes, all located on route 26, sell firewood.
