Conveniently located on Rte 114 halfway between the iconic Hopewell Rocks and Fundy National Park with nearby access to scenic trails, beaches and more, this retreat blends modern comfort with sweeping natural scenery. The space This charming 320-square-foot private unit located on the second floor and accessible via a straight set of stairs offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Inside you'll find two inviting rooms: a bedroom with queen bed, and a den with a 42-inch TV and small fold-up dining table for two. The den easily doubles as a second bedroom with a trundle daybed. The space also includes a hallway, a kitchenette alcove with a sink, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, griddle, and mini fridge, as well as a three-piece bathroom. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. Ideal for a couple or small family, the suite is very cozy for up to three adults. For families with little ones, a Pack 'n Play travel crib is also provided. Guests can enjoy exclusive access to four-season outdoor spaces including a BBQ, a picnic table, and a year-round open-air hot tub. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire suite, including the bedroom, den, bathroom, and kitchenette alcove. The outdoor space is exclusively yours to enjoy year-round, featuring a BBQ, and an open-air hot tub—all with beautiful views of the Shepody River and Bay of Fundy. Please note that the suite is accessed via one flight of stairs. Free parking is available on-site, and we’re happy to assist with anything you need to make your stay comfortable! Other things to note Many businesses in our region operate seasonally (May–Oct), so if you're visiting outside this time, we recommend checking directly with local attractions, restaurants, and services to confirm their availability. For essentials, our corner store with an NB Liquor outlet, basic groceries, and gas is open year-round, 7 days a week from 8 AM – 9 PM (except certain holidays). If you need a larger selection, the Gateway Market grocery store in Hillsborough is open 9 AM – 9 PM daily. Our guest suite is 320 square feet and best suited for a couple or a couple with one or two children. It can accommodate three adults, and is perfect for those who don’t mind a very cozy space!
