The Downtown Lodge’s premier location makes it a standout as it is one of the closest houses to Shenanigans - no need for a car- walk there and walk home. The space As you step into the lodge, you're greeted by a warm ambiance and lodge vibe complimenting the beauty of the Poconos. Each room in our property has been thoughtfully designed with a unique theme that pays homage to its specific location within the house, creating a cohesive yet diverse atmosphere that echoes the tranquil and adventurous spirit of Lake Harmony. Whether you find solace in a room that leans into the rustic charm of the lodge or one that offers a lake or mountain vibe, your stay is guaranteed to be both fun, comfortable, and memorable. • GENERAL: Excellent wifi throughout | towels & linens (sheets/pillowcases) provided | complimentary toiletries fixed quantity (shampoo, body wash) | washer & dryer w/ detergent | cleaning supplies | first aid kit | coffee maker & ground coffee. • PARKING: driveway (spacious enough for max 10 cars). Guest access Guests currently have access to the entire home except for a section of the garage as that is used as an owner's closet. Other things to note Guests must be at least 25 to book** Primary Guest must provide a copy of a government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking to secure reservation. The booking party must be age 25+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 25 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from the property without a refund.
