We do not provide soap or shampoo as this is a personal preference. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. The house is on the water, which means there's a better than even chance you'll see bugs. Spiders, mayflies, mosquitos, etc. We have a service that sprays which helps keep bugs down in the house, but we can clean the decks and stairs in the morning, and there's bugs right back in the evening. It's part of being on and enjoying the water.
