Family-friendly with crib and pack 'n play available Professional and responsive property manager the property manager to support you Pet-friendly accommodations with a $100 per pet fee (No cats allowed) Ample driveway parking for easy access Exterior security cameras for added peace of mind, does not see inside the home You will most likely need a car to get around and in winter need chains to navigate higher up the mountain Commercial activity including filming are not permitted. Payment Terms: 50% is due at booking and remainder 30 days before check in. If booking checks in less than 30 days 100% is due at booking. Minimum Age to Book: 21 Additional Rules may apply in Guest Guide Book Pet Policy: We welcome dogs only (no cats) with $100 pet fee per dog paid before arrival; only registered pets with the paid fee are allowed, and dogs must be crated if left alone, kept off the furniture, leashed when outdoors, and their waste cleaned up right away. MINOR PEST & WILDLIFE POLICY: We do not offer refunds for minor pest issues or wildlife encounters. While our properties are regularly treated and well-maintained, our natural environment may lead to occasional encounters with common insects like ants or spiders. It's also possible to see local wildlife, such as mice, chipmunks, or even bears, as they are a part of the surrounding landscape. These sightings do not indicate a dirty or poorly maintained home, but simply reflect the wild setting of the area.
