A tastefully renovated little Percheron house for a break in the countryside near Paris. We live between Paris and Tourouvre, we welcome you to our home when we are away. The house has been completely renovated and has all the modern comforts, we have kept a touch of authenticity with the furniture found in the brocante. It can accommodate 4 people with a large garden of 3500m2. It is ideally located to discover the Perche region, its forests, its mansions and abbeys and its good addresses. You can take advantage of our good addresses with friends or family The accommodation is composed of: - A small entrance to distribute the house on one side the day area and on the other the sleeping area. - A living room with all possible comfort a sofa, two seats, a coffee table and a large rug. The living room is equipped with a TV and board games - A fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a large table for 6 people. - A shower room with WC, double sink, washing machine and towel dryer. - Bedroom 1: a 160x200 double bed with a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables - Bedroom 2: a 160x200 double bed with a chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables The house is equipped with high-speed WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided.
