Enjoy the best of both worlds with this relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle, still located within close proximity to the city / beaches. - 2 bedrooms (3rd room is an office feel free to bring a mattress). - 2 bathrooms. - Outdoor dining area with louvre. - Large back yard with view of the kaipara river. - Driveway and on street parking. - Smart tv. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Dishwasher. - Bedding and towels. No washing machine or dryer however there’s a laundromat 500m away. The space There is a third bedroom which is an office space, however you are welcome to bring your own air mattress / cot if needed. Guest access Entire house except for the garage. Other things to note We have recently added a louvre to our deck which allows more privacy and shade! Equiped with outdoor couches and a dining table. Things to do in the area: - within walking distance of supermarket, cafes, chemist, liquor stores etc (personal favourite cafe is the Butcher Baker shown in last photo). - 10 minute drive from the Hunting Lodge winery + many other wineries nearby. - 25 minute drive to muriwai beach. - 20 minute drive to kumeu where there are multiple strawberry picking farms / real fruit ice cream / many different restaurants & shops. - 30 minute drive to the Hibiscus Coast where there are many beaches. - 40 minute drive to Auckland CBD. Please note: - the garage will be locked / inaccessible as it is used for storage. - Weber bbq available for use out on the deck.
