Ballandean Lodge is a 110-year-old grand Queenslander set on a six-acre olive grove surrounded by grapevines, making it the perfect place to unwind and take in the spectacular valley and mountain views to Sundown National Park - especially as the sun sets. We have three Queen en-suited bedrooms and one King bedroom that has its own entry and antique claw-foot bath. You won't be disappointed - it's stunning! The space A stately timber colonial homestead sleeping up to four couples, Ballandean Lodge’s bedrooms are all air conditioned with their own bathroom, toilet and wide verandah, allowing guests to retreat to their own private space after a hard day’s wine tasting at Ballandean’s numerous prestige wineries (all within minutes of the Lodge). The lodge has formal lounge & dining rooms, 13-foot ceilings throughout, sash windows, a fully renovated kitchen with Falcon chef’s oven, butler’s pantry, elegant furnishings, cast-iron French wood-burning fireplace, beautifully planted grounds including olive groves and orchard and a gorgeous outdoor dining area and pergola featuring a hand built stone barbecue and pizza oven. Hike or cycle the surrounding Girraween and Sundown national parks, take in the local wine and food trail, stroll through our gardens or just kick back on the verandah and take in the view - vineyards, mountains and some of the best sunsets you will ever see.
