Detached penthouse apartment with private terrace near the center of Alvesta. Here you get a small but well-planned accommodation with nice evening sun. There is now a newly built bedroom with a 90 cm bed. There's also a sofa bed that is 160 cm. Kitchen with stove, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Towels, toilet paper and bed linens are included. The space A small flat with a newly built bedroom. From the patio, you can enjoy the evening sun until it sets. The backyard is shared with other guests, and there is space here for relaxation, meals, and play. Parking is available for those who come by car. Do you need anything so just let us know, we are doing our best to meet our guests wishes. Guest access At the back, there is the possibility to barbecue or relax in the hammock. Bicycles are available for those who want to borrow them. The boules court on the property is free to use. Playground for children. Gym on request. Other things to note The entrance to the apartment is via a staircase that can be challenging for young children and the elderly (see picture). The apartment also has a sofa bed if there are several of you. Please note that the sofa bed requires quite a lot of space and that the apartment can then become a bit cramped. The accommodation may appear smaller than the pictures show.
