The space Our townhouse is located in the middle of town, in the residence "Les Arcades" which revolves around two pedestrian alleys, the Allée de Bourrienne and the Allée de Marly, accessible from the streets of Château, Girouix or Jean Lecoz. The house of 150 m2 habitable is on 4 levels: - The ground floor is a unique room of about 55 m2, with an entrance, a kitchen open to the living-dining room, Japanese toilets with built-in bidet and sink then a 16 m2 terrace dining on a beautiful landscaped garden; - The 1st floor hosts the master suite of 17 m2 (with a dressing room, a bathroom, an office area and a balcony overlooking the garden), bedroom No. 2 with an area of 12 m2 adjoining a fully renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a Japanese toilet with integrated bidet, as well as the laundry room; - The 2nd floor hosts a fully renovated shower room with a walk-in shower and a Japanese toilet with integrated bidet serving bedrooms and 3 and 4 of 15 m2 each in size; - The 3rd and top floor is located in the attic and has a large room of 17 m2 on the floor serving as an office.
