Modern Downtown Loft - 1 mile to UT

Sunny loft in the heart of downtown Knoxville! When you stay here you are surrounded by some of Knoxville’s best eateries, shops, theaters, and college football…all within walking distance! Just a 2.5 minute walk to market square and walking distance to UT! The space 49 inch Smart TV and fresh furniture in the living room with YouTubeTV provided and the ability to stream from Netflix and other apps if you have accounts. Fresh and luxurious mattress! Ready to cook in kitchen with basic spices and olive oil, pots, and pans. Coffee pot with complementary coffee/tea There is parking located at 305 W Vine Ave. We recommend using Google Maps, which will take you right to it. If you are using the Apple Maps app, you will need to continue up Vine Ave. a little bit more. The parking lot is on the right-hand side, across from the back end of the Crowne Plaza and the big Catholic church. There are a total of 3 beds available including 1 queen, 1 sofa bed, and 1 queen size high end memory foam floor mattress! Note that the bedroom is open to the rest of the condo in the typical "loft" style. Guest access Guests have access to the entire loft close to UT Campus! Other things to note Unless otherwise arranged, you may check in as early as 4pm and must check out by 11am. Due to an increased volume of requests, we are now having to charge $25 to accommodate early check ins/late check outs. This loft is on the 1st floor of the Sterchi building and walking distance to UT!
