There is no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof, you will hear it. If it rains, you will hear it. Wifi at the cabin has download speeds above 150mbps. It is usually good but sometimes can be slow due to the location of the cabin. We are in BEAR COUNTRY. There is a strong possibility, you will see a bear during your stay. DO NOT FEED BEARS or leave trash with food scraps outside or in your vehicle as this will attract them. DO NOT go near bears. The cabin is in a mountain setting. While the road is typically clear and accessible by any vehicle, winter weather is possible during certain months. Local roads can be snow covered, curvy, and steep. If your vacation is scheduled during the winter months, please come prepared to drive in the snow and/or ice to reach the cabin. We highly recommend 4-wheel drive and/or chains during winter events. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED due to road conditions or power outages caused by inclement weather. We recommend travel insurance to cover these situations. We have a monthly pest treatment of the inside/outside of the cabin, but it is located in the mountains so we do share their habitat.
