Killarney Point Lake House

Welcome to Killarney Point on Calabogie Lake; the exquisite modern architecture is captivating at first sight. This large lake house provides accommodations for up to 12, open concept living area for entertaining, a games room, indoor gym, dedicated work stations, outdoor patios, lakeside fire pit, hot tub, trees & green space and a lounging platform dock. Ideal for large families, multi family, and work retreats to enjoy a quiet lakeside neighbourhood. The space The lake house is situated on a private point, you will see neighbours across the water way. A babbling flow of water meets the driveway access leading into the lake. The large parking area can accommodate eight vehicles with out issues. The main access is visible from the driveway and a keypad code is required to gain access. Entry is into the lower level which provides; a dedicated work station, gym, laundry room, additional large fridge, two full sized bedrooms with ensuites, two bunk rooms with two large bunkbeds in each room, and a full size washroom with tub. Take the staircase to the main entertaining area, which provides an open concept dining and living area. Large cooking and prep area with island with double wall ovens allows for large family meal planning. Loads of natural light beam into the great room with a large flat screen television and fireplace. Master bedroom and bath are off of the living area; pine tongue and groove details make the space feel cozy and cabin like with ensuite attached. The third level is ideal for children and those who wish to play games. Foosball table and convertible pool to ping pong table are also in the space. The outdoor area is treed for privacy when relaxing in the hot tub or on the lower patio. Upper patio offers an additional dining area and gas barbecue. A path through the tress leads you to the lake front platform dock and wood burning fire pit. Canoe, kayaks, and life jackets are all on site. Come stay a while and explore the iconic Eagles Nest hiking trail, Calabogie Peaks Ski Resort, Madawaska Nordic Ski and Recreational trails. Greater Madawaska enforces by-laws. Guest access You have access to the entire private home. Please be mindful noise travels on the water, other cottages and permanent residents are also in the area. It’s important to be respectful of language & disturbing noise. Other things to note We respect our neighbours; NOT PERMITTED bachelorette's/bachelor events, weddings, or any events that disrupt the peacefulness of the area. Due to Airbnb regulations and current by laws you will be asked to vacate the property without refund.
