The space The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed that can accommodate one person, a private bathroom and a small terrace with a view. The property is equipped with hot and cold air conditioners, TV with digital terrestrial and Amazon Fire TV, washing machine and kettle. It is 5 km from Lamezia Terme International Airport and 3 km from Sant'Eufemia Station (Lamezia Terme Centrale), which can be reached by bus (Line 4, Marinella stop a few meters from the apartment) or by private shuttle service. Nearby there are several shops, a Conad supermarket, snack bars, cafés and restaurants. Within walking distance of the apartment, you will find private access to the sea, with equipped shores and a free beach. In the Marinella residence there are sports and recreational facilities: tennis courts, paddle tennis and five-a-side football. For kitesurfing and water sports enthusiasts, you can take private lessons at Hangloose Beach, just 3 km away. Renting a car is recommended to get around comfortably. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor with independent access. Other things to note There are many attractions nearby: Norman-Swabian Castle, Archaeological Museum of Lamezia Terme, Cathedral. They are easily accessible by car and train: the Costa degli Dei with Tropea, Scilla and Pizzo; Reggio Calabria, where the famous Riace Bronzes are located; the Sila National Park. The Aeolian Islands by ferry or hydrofoil from the port of Vibo Valentia. To fully enjoy the beauty of Calabria, it is recommended to rent a car.
