Located in Pinos de Miramar, 5 minutes from Miami Platja and 800 m from the sea. Miami Playa is not affected by water restrictions. Other things to note The property is a registered vacation home and has a license. For security reasons, and as with a hotel check-in, in accordance with Spanish law (Decreto Ley 933/2021), all guests, regardless of their nationality or age, are required to check in upon arrival. This is done via a form that is submitted to the authorities. You'll be asked to provide ID cards/passports, addresses, emails, and contact information for all guests.
