The Lower level has two private doors with security codes for each guest. Room 1 is a bedroom with a full-size mattress, dresser and TV. Room 2 is a family room with a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, TV, DVD Blue-ray player, and small table for two. Room 3 is a small kitchenette. It has a washer/dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, oven toaster, K-Pod coffee/tea maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, plates, glasses, and utensils. There is no stove/oven. Room 4 is a private bathroom and shower. A daybed is located in hallway A golf mat and net are available under the porch for golf lovers. Gorgeous view with fire pit.
