Cozy cottage with loft

Our newly renovated mountain house is located in Albogno, in the middle of the Italian Lepontine Alps. It offers a central location in the village, close to parking lots and is a great starting point for mountain trails. It consists of a small but comfortable living area, a bedroom, a mezzanine with a full-size bed, and a bathroom complete with everything. On the ground floor, a comfortable cellar with a washing machine and a woodshed. The space The house has a bedroom, a very bright loft with a large window, a bathroom with a shower and bidet, and a small room with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa, and a vintage wood-burning stove. On the basement floor of the house you will find a washing machine. Guest access The house is at guests' complete disposal, as well as the adjacent courtyard and cellar, useful for storing bicycles or small motorcycles Other things to note The price does not include the operating costs of appliances and electric heating, which are calculated based on consumption.
