Play yard games by day and gather around the firepit for s'mores and stargazing by night. Nearby, the Victoria Rail Trail offers hiking, biking, and ATV adventures. The charming towns of Kinmount/Fenelon Falls are 15 minutes away, featuring quaint shops and local attractions. The kitchen features a convenient pass-through window, allowing you to be engaged with those around the dining table, whether you're enjoying a meal or a lively game night. For your convenience, there is a coffee station and bar fridge, for easy access to your favourite beverages. In the cozy living room, there is a u-shaped couch with powered reclining seats. Curl up by the wood fireplace, settle in for a movie or surf the net. Starlink Wi-Fi keeps you connected both inside the home for work or down at the dock for leisure. The bathroom was recently renovated and has heated floors for added comfort. When it's time to rest, there are 3 bedrooms. The daybed room is connected to a queen bedroom offering flexible arrangements for families and groups. This cottage sleeps 6 people comfortably. Step outside to the large deck, where a bbq and dining table await, complete with glass railings that offer enhanced views of the river and spacious yard. The fully fenced yard is perfect for both pets and children, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Take a walk through the gate and down the stone steps to the dock and lounge chairs. It's the ideal spot to relax for the day. When you are ready to swim, kayak or just float, there are metal steps off the dock for easy access to the calm, clean water. The water is deep so please use caution with young children. Whether you're here for a quiet getaway or an adventure-filled retreat, this cottage is the ideal place to relax and make lasting memories. Guest access We offer self check-in with a lock box and you will have access to the entire home. The separate storage seacan will be locked.
