Cas Buc - Villa with a swimming pool a few steps from the sea

Cas Buc is a single-story villa located in Cala Blanca, a few minutes' walk from the sea. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, as well as a spacious and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside it offers an area with a private pool, barbecue and a porch with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. Close to the beach and with all services within walking distance, it is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and the tranquility of the island. The space The one-floor villa is comfortable and functional. The main access is through the side porch, from which you enter the living room, a spacious and bright space with a sofa, TV, and table with chairs for meals. The living room connects directly to the kitchen, which is spacious, fully equipped, and overlooks the pool, making it very pleasant for everyday use. The lounge leads to the sleeping area, where the three bedrooms are located: one with a double bed and two with two twin beds each. All bedrooms have exterior windows. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have air conditioning, while the third bedroom has a ceiling fan. This combination allows you to enjoy a comfortable stay year-round. There is also a full bathroom with shower in this area. Outside, the villa has an entrance porch with a table and chairs, as well as an outdoor toilet with a cold water shower, designed for use at the pool or in the barbecue area. In the front of the house is the private pool with sun loungers, a small chill-out area and a stone barbecue equipped with a sink, countertop and utensils for comfortable outdoor cooking. There is free parking space for the car in the area around the villa. Guest access - The villa has wifi connection, linens and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided. - Inside, the house has air conditioning in two rooms and a third with a ceiling fan, which allows for a pleasant temperature year-round. All rooms also have exterior windows that facilitate proper ventilation. - There is a crib and highchair available upon prior request; it is recommended to request them in advance to ensure availability. - The house is rented for exclusive use, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor rooms with total privacy. Other things to note - In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist fee before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. - The tourist tax is not included in the total price and has a cost of €2.20 per person per night. It will be collected at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest. - The accommodation provides a complimentary welcome kit with basic products for cleaning kitchen utensils, toilet paper, and trash bags for your arrival.
