The apartment has a spacious open living area which connects the balcony with the kitchen and dining area. The two bedrooms are just beyond - with the main bedroom having an ensuite and view of the ocean from bed. The second bedroom and adjacent bathroom has two singles beds and looks West back over the Gold Coast. We provide everything you need for a day at the beach - chairs, towels, umbrella and more, as well as books and games for nights you want to stay in, a fully equipped kitchen. If you are feeling sporty there is tennis equipment for the tennis court and TWO pools and spas onsite. The apartment has lovely afternoon sea breezes through the apartment. This is one of only a few apartments in the building that has air conditioning in both the main living area, and master bedroom. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and shared recreation indoor and outdoor facilities. Other things to note Upgraded aircon! This apartment has air conditioning in both the living space, and main bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the main bedroom and second bedroom, and windows can be opened to catch the sea breeze. Upgraded resort style amenities! The building just completed a renovation of the outdoor space, with heated outdoor pool and spa, tennis court, BBQs and outdoor lounges in a modern space. There is a second indoor pool, spa and sauna available for your use too. Please note that the Gold Coast and Surfers Paradise is going through a construction boom at the moment. There are some nearby buildings under construction which may contribute to noise when the windows are open. The windows seal very well and keep most of the noise out. We do not accept any Schoolies bookings. During 22 Nov - 6 Dec guests must be above 25 years old. The building has security and won't allow guests under this age.
