Lovely Muskoka Cottage on the Trent Severn

Located just under 2 hours from Toronto. Our peaceful waterfront cottage is perched on a small hill overlooking the beautiful Trent Severn Waterway (between the Swift Rapids and the Big Chute locks) BOAT ACCESS ONLY! Enjoy the all day sun at the dock or relax in the shade beside the fire pit or in our gorgeous sun room over looking the river. Great swimming and fishing! Enjoy what cottage country has to offer! A boaters paradise! Cottage comes fully equipped, just bring your food and drinks. The space Upon your arrival, the cottage will be clean and tidy with a comforter and pillow on each bed. Bed linens and towels are NOT supplied. We suggest sleeping bags for your convenience. The cottage and Bunkie each have a TV and DVD player. Feel free to bring your own DVDs or watch from our selection. Sleeps 6-8: -Main Bedroom: 1 King -Bedroom 2: 1 Single + Bunk bed (Single and Double) -Bedroom 3: 1 Queen + 1 Single -Bunkie: 1 Single + 1 Double Activities: - Sport Court (flat area to play basketball, badminton, volleyball) - 2 Adult Kayaks, and 2 Children Kayaks - 1 Peddle Boat - 2 Paddle Boards Amenities: - BBQ & Propane - Fridges - Electric Stove - Dishwasher - Washer/Dryer - Outdoor Dining Table and Chairs - Lounge Chairs - Muskoka Chairs Guest access Cottage Access: Drive up on your boat (lots of space for parking), launch your boat at the Severn Falls Marina town dock, order a water taxi at Tamarack Marina (5mins away from cottage), or arrange for the host to drive you from marina (if available). Parking: There is 1 parking spot available. Additional vehicles can be parked at the Local Marina for a charge. Free additional parking is available at the Municipal Parking Lot off the main road. Other things to note -water taxi, seadoo and boat rentals available nearby.
