Modern apartment with free bicycles

Hopefully you don't have a fear of heights and you enjoy this cool apartment on the top floor! Your stay is not far outside the city center, and there are even 2 free bicycles available. Incl. free parking with your car in front of the door. Enjoy the bustling city or relax in one of the many nature reserves around Breda. The apartment is wonderfully bright with a large balcony. 20-min. walk to city 8 min by bike Bus stop at the door -> every 4 min. bus to city center The space From the spacious living room, you have access to the balcony. This is truly the gem of my apartment. The bedroom contains a comfortable and spacious double bed. Secure parking in the garage is possible for an extra fee. Other things to note - Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. - There is a doorbell camera to check if any unwanted guests are coming in. - Using the bikes is free, but if you go towards the city, the bikes must always be parked in the secure bicycle shed. Use is at your own risk. If they are stolen, then a bill will be charged for them. - Upon arrival, I still have to pay tourist tax. This is 3.95 euros p.p.p.n.
