I invite you to come and enjoy my apartment, which is a 13-minute walk from Place Napoléon and 5 minutes from a bakery and a supermarket. You will be ideally placed to enjoy the beaches of Vendée (for example, Les Sables d'Olonnes are 35 min by car/30 min by train). The apartment has a kitchen, a living-dining room, 2 bedrooms (with 1 bed for the 1st, a sofa bed for the 2nd), a bathroom and a balcony where you can rest in the sun!
