In a beautiful countryside with views of the valley 2 min. from Combourg labeled "Petite Cité de Caractère", we welcome you to "Romantic Brittany" in a charming traditional Breton hamlet ideal for visiting the whole region: Saint-Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, Cancale, Dinan, but also the beautiful villages of Hédé, Bécherel, Bazouges and the gardens of the Ballue, the locks, bike rides in the countryside and the Ille et Rance canal, and many other things. The space At the Tertre you will have a spacious and comfortable accommodation of 66 m2 in all. (33 m2 per floor). A 160 bed in the bedroom, a very good quality sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom bed is prepared for your arrival and we provide bedding for the sofa bed. The large kitchen is equipped with all the comforts, it opens onto the terrace and the garden to have your meals outside if you wish. Everything that will be useful for your stay is available, including garden furniture and sun loungers. The accommodation is new, well insulated and comfortable (Please note, the 17th century fireplace is no longer usable). The walls are made of traditional earth and straw plaster in a beautiful restoration faithful to tradition. This ensures a regulated temperature in winter and summer, so it's cool in the event of a heat wave without the need for a fan. The accommodation and the large garden are fully at your disposal and private. The large bedroom, upstairs, is 30 m2 with an en-suite shower room. There is WIFI throughout the accommodation, but we do not have TV. There are books and works on the area and a bluetooth speaker. Basic products are available as well as cleaning products, body care, toilet paper, etc. Everything for a quiet and relaxing stay. We assure you of great discretion. Your house is located in the extension of a traditional farmhouse where we live. House and painting and sculpture studio. It opens onto the woods and the hill. You have great independence, a reserved entrance, a private garden is entirely dedicated to you. There is a reserved spot for your car near your accommodation. This one is not covered but there is no risk. Other things to note We have cats, unfortunately we can't accept other animals. We no longer charge a cleaning fee, and only ask you to leave the house clean. Cats are used to not coming into your perimeter. It's best not to attract them near the cottage.
