An old residential house in the natural settlement of Miyamamachi, Kyoto, Japan, retains the original appearance of a Japanese wooden house during the renovation: oversized wooden beams, family crests, and Buddha niches. The B&B has a full kitchen and dining room, as well as a large and authentic Japanese tatami space. There is also a wood-burning stove with an oven and a sunken heating table.
