Bellagio Luxury Suites Apartments is a new structure, in the heart of the center of Bellagio, consisting of 2 newly renovated luxury apartments. KING SUITE, is a splendid and elegant two-room apartment with a small balcony overlooking the centre, equipped with all the comforts to allow you to enjoy a totally relaxing holiday. Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lake Como, a few steps from the ferries and restaurants, the location is strategic for visiting the best points of the lake. The space The SUITE KING “Don Marcelo” apartment of Bellagio Luxury Suites is a welcoming and elegant two-room apartment of 47 square meters, located on the second floor of an ancient building, located in the heart of the village of Bellagio, suitable to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment consists of a living area with a sofa that can become a comfortable double sofa bed with a memory mattress, a table with chairs, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a juicer. In the master bedroom there is a comfortable king size double bed (200 m. x 200 m.) with a memory mattress and topper, a comfortable desk, a walk-in closet and a smart TV. The whole thing is completed by a bathroom with a large shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer (for further clarity on the layout of the apartment, we recommend looking at the image of the apartment plan in the photo gallery). We provide each guest with a set of towels, toiletries and slippers. A minibar/wine cellar service is available, with water, a selection of soft drinks, beers and wines for a fee. In the living area there is a small balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake, where you can enjoy some good wine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and free high-speed Wi-Fi. BELLAGIO LUXURY SUITES APARTMENTS is a new structure and has 2 luxury apartments: - KING SUITE “Don Marcelo” (apartment of 47 m2, located on the 2nd floor, suitable for a maximum of 4 people) - QUEEN SUITE “Doña Francisca” (apartment of 54 m2, located on the 3rd and last floor, suitable for a maximum of 5 people) Guest access As indicated, we are not a hotel and we do not have a physical reception. The Quick Check-in option is provided. You will access the apartment independently. Check-In Procedure: A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: - You will be contacted via Whats app and we will send you a link to pay the tourist tax by credit card (it is not possible to pay in cash). After receiving the payment, we will send you videos on how to access the apartment independently, the access code and information for your stay. (It is mandatory that at least one guest has Whats App). ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL: - You will have to go to the alternative address, Mr. Panino (just 50 m.) to register the passports of all guests (from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm) and to activate the access code. The Access Code will be activated only after passport registration with Mr. Panino and not before 3:00 pm (check-in time) and will expire at 10:00 am on the day of departure (check-out time). The SUITE KING apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient building, reachable by an ancient steep flight of stairs, there is no elevator. It is located in the heart of the characteristic village of Bellagio, characterized by narrow streets made up of typical stairways a few meters from Piazza Mazzini, the lake and the boat stop. The apartments are located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone). If you arrive by car, you can access Piazza Mazzini, only for the time necessary to unload/load luggage (maximum 20 minutes), *to access the ZTL, it is necessary to send us, before your arrival, the make, model and a photo of the license plate of the car* to avoid incurring a fine (if you arrive by taxi or with NCC, it will not be necessary to communicate anything). You will then have to look for a parking space in the nearby car parks outside the ZTL. Other things to note OUR PAID SERVICES: Below you will find our available services and supplements, designed to ensure a better stay for our guests. *If you are interested in any particular service, we kindly ask you to let us know immediately*, so that we can check availability and organize ourselves better. Thank you. - Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to book a *private garage* (we collaborate with a company that offers garages for rent in Bellagio, about 200 meters from our apartments). The cost is €40.00 per day, available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. - As indicated, the property does not have a luggage storage or a reception (you cannot leave your luggage even at Mr. Panino). If you need to access the apartment before the check-in time or keep it beyond the check-out time, we have the following services: - *EARLY CHECK-IN*: Upon request and availability, you can request the Early check-in service to access it early starting from 13:00 instead of 15:00, at a cost of €40.00. - *LATE CHECK-OUT*: Upon request and availability, you can request the Late check-out service to keep the apartment until 12:00 instead of 10:00, at a cost of €40.00. If you wish to use the Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out services, we invite you to request it immediately, so we can check availability and organize with the cleaning staff; otherwise, it will not be possible to guarantee the service. - For bookings of 2 guests, the use of the double bed is included in the price, the sofa bed is used for bookings of 3 or 4 guests, or for those who need to sleep separately. If you need to sleep in 2 separate beds, please let us know; the cost for the additional bed linen supplement is €40.00. - For each guest, a towel kit is included (shower towel, hand towel and bidet towel). Upon advance request (before your arrival), it is possible to request an additional kit at a cost of €15.00 per person. - Please remember that *only dogs are allowed*, their presence must be *communicated and reported in advance*. As indicated, the expected supplement is *€20.00 per day per dog*, which also includes an extra sanitization at the end of the stay. - Upon request and availability, (before your arrival) it is possible to request a tidying of the apartment with towel change, at a cost of €50.00 - Upon request and availability, (before your arrival) it is possible to request a complete tidying with bed linen and towel change, at a cost of €80.00 - Upon request/availability, we provide a cot/crib with bed linen and high chair at a cost of €40.00 per day. - Upon advance request it is possible to request a romantic arrangement, bouquet of flowers, bottle of wine, birthday cake. The cost of the service varies based on requests. OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: - It is mandatory that at least one of the guests has Whats App to check-in. - The apartments are located in the ZTL area (limited traffic zone). If you arrive by car, you can access Piazza Mazzini, to conveniently unload/load your luggage, *to access the ZTL, it is necessary to send us, before your arrival, the make, model and a photo of the license plate of the car* (if you arrive by taxi or with NCC, it will not be necessary to communicate anything). - The municipality of Bellagio requires the payment of the tourist tax of € 3.00 per person per night, to be paid before your arrival (cash payment is not possible, we will send you the link to make the payment by credit card). The tourist tax is required only for the first 7 nights, children up to 10 years are exempt. - As indicated, the structure does not have a luggage storage or reception, therefore *it is not possible to leave your luggage even at Mr. Panino*. - We remind you that *only dogs are allowed*, their presence must be *communicated and reported in advance*. As indicated, the expected supplement is *€20.00 per day per dog*, which also includes an extra sanitization at the end of your stay. - For any additional guests, including children, compared to your reservation, there is a supplement of €70.00 per day per person and the payment of the tourist tax of €3.00 per day per person. (video surveillance area). - The SUITE KING apartment is located on the 2nd floor accessible by a steep ancient flight of stairs, there is no elevator. - SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN inside the apartment, there is a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. - It is FORBIDDEN to bring bicycles, e-bikes or scooters inside the apartments and in common areas, the property does not have a storage room for bicycles or luggage. - Check-in is scheduled from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, after that time it will no longer be possible to access. - Any damage caused to the apartment and/or the condominium will be charged to your credit card. - Please read all the information carefully before making the reservation. BED SETUP BASED ON RESERVATION: - For reservations of 2 guests, the use of the double bed is foreseen. - For reservations of 3/4 guests, the use of the double bed and the sofa bed in the living room is foreseen.
