Beautiful and spacious house in Cuernavaca, with a private pool and large garden, perfect for a weekend away from the city. Located in a very safe residential development. Great for spending a few days with family or friends. The space The kitchen has utensils such as pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery. Each room has its own bathroom and fan, as well as a window with a mosquito net. The pool has solar heating included with which it reaches a good temperature. Additionally, we have a boiler service at an extra cost of $500 per day. (You must give at least 42 hours' notice before your arrival) Guest access You can use all the facilities in the house, however the common areas of the condominium cannot be used. Other things to note No more than 15 people can stay in the house. It is necessary to provide the full names of each guest in advance, as a personal QR code will be required to enter the condominium. It is important that all guests carry official physical identification for check-in. Without it, you will NOT be able to access it. Person without QR code will not have access. The person making the reservation must stay in the house, reservations for other people are not allowed. By management rules, service people, taxis and app services (Uber, Rappi, Didi...) are not allowed to enter the condominium You will have to go to the entrance booth. Only 4 cars fit in the parking lot of the house, all cars have to stay inside.
