Kick back and relax in this spacious and inviting home! With 5 bedrooms & 2 living rooms, there's plenty of space for the whole family to relax and unwind. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, then step outside onto one of the 3 deck areas to bask in the sunshine and take in the beauty of the gardens. The fully fenced backyard provides privacy and security. Best of all, the beach of Lake Michigan is just a short 8 minute walk away, offering endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. The space Ample, comfortable seating in the living room for an evening of conversation or a movie. With the additional smaller living room upstairs for smaller gatherings, there is something for the entire group to do, even in the hours after the sun goes down. Note that the stairs to the upstairs are steep. Those who are not able bodied will not easily be able to access the living room and two bedrooms, and will likely be more comfortable in one of the main floor rooms. The three bedrooms on the main level all have queen beds, and both of the upstairs bedrooms have a full, with the larger bedroom having the addition of the twin trundle bed. The couch in the upstairs living room does make into a bed, and there are sheets and blankets in the storage compartment under the couch chaise. We do not include that as sleeping space, but guests are welcome to use it if they prefer that over being in a bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped so meal prep is an easy option and the extra long dining table with a family-size bench along the window, can accommodate a crowd. It is perfect for game night as well. We have many of our favorite games on the shelves to share with our guests. Some we have played for decades and we hope your family/friends will enjoy them as much as we have. The house has two bathrooms. One is larger, with a full-size shower, and the other is smaller and more private, being in the back of the house, past the stairs to the second floor. We have provided plenty of hooks for bath towels in both. Other things to note *Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the unit is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) You assume responsibilities for all guests.
