Extended stay rental available from September 10th, 2023 to April 30th, 2024. Located on the beautiful Burgess lake, this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is the perfect rental for this coming Fall to Spring! All utilities are included that the entire home is fully furnished. You'll have everything you need from kitchen supplies to bath towels. The space There is a large open kitchen which flows into a dining room area with views of the lake through sliding glass doors. Off of that room there is the living room and den area. Large and comfortable with a fireplace. Laundry is off the kitchen and the primary bedroom is on the main floor down the hall with its own en suite. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. A two stall garage sits that the front of the home and outback there is a large porch. Guest access The entire home is available. Other things to note Supplies for the extended stay such as laundry soap, dish soap, body wash, etc. will be an expense to the guests.
