Ah... autumn in Périgord...😍 The space The Closerie du Biard is a romantic setting, ideal for celebrating love, celebrating the anniversary of your meeting, enjoying your honeymoon, proposing marriage or simply enjoying a moment of relaxation and sharing for two. You will stay in a beautiful 18th century building typical of Périgord, surrounded by several hectares of woods and up close, without any visual or noise disturbances. You will have complete privacy in various fully privatised spaces, with no neighbours opposite: 🔸Large suite of 45m2 - Ground floor: Living room with wood stove (lit before your arrival), piano, large sofas, rocking chairs, minibar, tea room, nice bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. - Mezzanine: Bedroom with Queen size bed (160), superior bedding and linens, storage. 45m2 "well-being"🔸 space - Ground floor: Large infrared sauna, spa/jacuzzi, waterfall shower, massage table, yoga equipment, kitchenette/bar, toilet. - Mezzanine: Cinema lounge with overhead projector and giant screen (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Molotov TV, YouTube, etc.), books, board games, tourist brochures. These two spaces (large suite and wellness area) are connected by a large outdoor terrace. 🔸Outdoor spaces - Covered summer kitchen overlooking the forest, to make your meals while taking in the bucolic scenery. - Several terraces, including a large wooden terrace, "patio" style, lined with a beautiful little English garden, on which you can set beautiful tables (refined dishes and table linens available), or relax in comfortable sunbeds after your wellness session. - Landscaped garden with views of the surrounding countryside. - Private parking - 2 mountain bikes available free of charge. - Numerous hiking trails from the cottage. - Medieval village with all shops 1 km away (15 min walk). Guest access All spaces and amenities are entirely reserved for you, you don't have to share them. The many lights, candles and lighting moods, and connected speakers, will allow you to create the sound and visual environment conducive to a romantic and totally relaxing moment. Wide sofas equipped with plaids and a multitude of cushions will allow you to close your evening with the projection of a good film, comfortably installed. Linens, linens and towels (bathrobes and bath linens) are provided. For hygiene reasons, shoes are prohibited in all areas, and it is necessary to equip you with clean flip flops or sandals to access the amenities present. We leave some available on site if needed.
