Events welcome with prior approval; fees apply. The space In a city full of loud and over-the-top options, Yara is exclusive, intentional, inspired, and infinitely vibey. Our 10 guest rooms are thoughtfully finished with light and airy furnishings to create a sanctuary that invites relaxation. Each room has an en suite bathroom, with an additional bathroom off the lounge. Each room surrounds a central courtyard where the heated saltwater pool is the centerpiece. A residential-style kitchen can be made available for an added fee — just inquire. Guest access You have exclusive use of the entire property — no outside guests during your stay. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and Palm Springs noise ordinances are strictly observed: amplified music stays at background levels and all noise wraps by 10pm. Violations of city noise ordinances can carry fines of up to $10,000 per occurrence, so we take this seriously and help every group plan around it. Events and gatherings are welcome with prior written approval and an event fee — full-property stays are governed by a simple event agreement that covers guest count, house policies, and event details. Inquire for our event policies and pricing. Unauthorized events are subject to shutdown and a fee. Other things to note - Detailed check-in instructions arrive via email and text. - Base rate covers up to 22 guests; additional guests are $75 per guest per night, up to our 26-guest maximum. - Pets: $50 per pet per night, collected directly by the hotel at check-in. - This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
