Enjoy the peace and quiet with views of Conival, Quinag and Canisp at the head of Loch Assynt where the deer regularly graze a few feet away. Lochinver 13 miles and nearest beach is 15 miles away The space The house sleeps 8 (9-sofa bed) with one double and two twin rooms upstairs with a separate toilet. The family bathroom with bath and shower and one twin room are located on the ground floor. The sitting room has a stove, television and WIFI access. A separate study/play room is equipped with toys and books and extra sofa bed if required. In the large dinning kitchen an oil-fired Rayburn runs the hot water, cooking and central heating and there is a gas hob and microwave/combination oven. The large back porch can accommodate jackets, boots and outdoor equipment and is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A second shower room and toilet is located off the porch. The large garden gives children plenty room to play away from quieter areas and the vegetable plot host’s fruit and vegetables for picking, when in season. The secure fenced garden is perfect for allowing dogs to run freely. Guest access There is plenty off road parking and access to house from front garden or courtyard. The garden is securely fenced ( to stop deer and rabbits entering), so safe for children and dogs. Downstair toilet/ shower facilities and twin bedroom make it suitable for all abilities.
