Located in a small village near Lake Simsee, this listed farmhouse is a unique family home. That's why it's only rented for 6 weeks a year. The house was completely renovated 28 years ago, only the highest quality organic materials were used. The flair of the house is completed by many original works of art and partly old kilims. In a few minutes, you are at the beaches of Lake Sims, in 15 minutes in the Alps or at Lake Chiemsee. The space The house is several hundred years old, but completely renovated. There are 6 rooms in total. We only have thick spruce wood floorboards in the rooms, an oiled clay tile floor in the hallway on the first floor and in the kitchen. We have two bedrooms each with double beds (160 cm wide) and one bedroom with a single bed. Furthermore, in the very large living room on the top floor, another double bed is hidden behind a curtain partition, also 160 cm wide. The core of the house is the cozy living room with adjoining kitchen. In the room is a large brick oven with a wide oven bench. The stove is heated from the hallway. Guests have access to a garden that is not visible from the outside, with a garden table, bench and chairs, as well as a designer steel lounger in one corner of the garden. For recreational activities, there is a foosball table, a ping-pong table in the courtyard, bongos, a guitar, a huge record collection, a small library, as well as racing bikes after consultation (included in the price, the renter is liable for damage).
