Flowing waterfall outside. Has a 2-car garage and is completely gated. Guest access Private, locked property. Gated home. Access is given by caretakers on arrival with keys to the gates and the home. Recommendation is to contact caretakers 15 minutes before arrival, and they will meet at the entrance. Guests can lock all entrances. Other things to note 45 Minutes to 1 hour from Ensenada. Depending on traffic. Summer months have heavier traffic. Costco and Walmart approximately 20-30 minutes Calimax Grocery Store- 15 minutes. Fruit Stands and small local groceries nearby, walking distance. Limited selection. Valle de Guadalupe and San Antonio de Las Minas approximately 1.5 hour drive. Local fishing guides.
