This split-level, three-bedroom and two-bathroom newly renovated townhouse is nestled in the heart of town in a quiet residential street. On the entrance level, you will find one bedroom and bathroom; on the lower level, there are the other two bedrooms and a second bathroom with laundry facilities. The top level is all about the open plan kitchen, the dining & living area, which opens onto a large entertainer deck with lake views. The newly renovated kitchen/dining area will be the focal point. A sunny, light-filled space with its sleek design, upmarket finishes and modern appliances. The open plan design includes the living area and a mezzanine perfect to set the kids up with games or a roll-out bed for the guests that turn up at a moment's notice. All bedrooms are double rooms with built-in robes. The second bathroom doubles as a laundry with access outside to the fully fenced backyard, complete with a dog kennel. Skis, snowboards & bikes can be safe in a lockable shed. Bedding configuration: Set bedding configuration, can not be changed. You will be sent via SMS on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Before the day of your arrival, once we have received your completed guest registration information, you will receive all relevant arrival information & directions via email. Interaction: We give our guests the space they need and are available when required. For any further assistance, questions or inquiries please contact our office between 9 am - 5 pm. We manage 60+ properties in Jindabyne, so if your desired property or dates are not showing please contact us directly and we will be able to assist you in finding the right property to make the perfect visit. Our properties are fully self-contained and all linen & towels are included. We do not complete a daily service of the apartments & houses. A small starter pack of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper & garbage bags are supplied to begin your visit. You will need to bring more of these items or buy locally if you are here for more than two nights. Other things to note Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit and signing our lease agreement via digital upload. If you are entering the Kosciusko National Park Entry Fees Apply - All vehicles entering the Kosciuszko National Park are required to have an entry permit displayed on their vehicle and can be purchased either online or from the Snowy Region Visitors Centre in Jindabyne, Cooma, Tumut or Khancoban.
