It’s near the highway and just a 3-minute walk to a convenience store and a laundry shop. MSU-IIT is only a 2-minute ride away. The house is situated beside Arabigo Coffee Roastery, our neighborhood café. The space The base price covers accommodations for up to four guests, with two guests in each of two rooms. The house can host a maximum of ten guests. An additional fee will apply for each guest beyond the initial four. Please provide the exact number of guests staying so we can prepare extra mattresses and toiletries accordingly. The third room will be opened only if more than four guests are booked. Living room is air-conditioned. For guests arriving by car, a parking spot is available for ONE vehicle only. Guest access The house features a kitchen, living room, dining area, two bathrooms, and a wash area. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor, with each room accommodating up to two guests. Please note that the parking space is strictly for vehicle parking only and must not be used for any other purpose, such as events or parties. Other things to note Check-in time: 3:00 PM Check-out time: 12:00 Noon By booking Casa Arabigo, you agree to the following: 1. Parking: Our parking space accommodates one car only within the premises. 2. Occupancy: The maximum bed space is for 10 people. Additional guests are welcome as visitors, but please be mindful of space and comfort. The total number of guests and visitors must not exceed the agreed-upon number of guests during booking. If you wish to add more guests, please contact us ahead of time so we can prepare the additional beds. 3. Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 11:00 PM. 4. Events and Parties: Casa Arabigo has a strict no-events and no-parties policy. Small family gatherings with family members and close friends are exceptions, but prior approval must be secured. 5. Karaoke and Sound Systems: Bringing karaoke machines and sound systems to the property is strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. 6. Pets: Casa Arabigo has a no-pets policy. 7. Late Check-out: Failure to check out by 12:00 Noon will result in a surcharge of ₱175 every 30 minutes beyond the agreed-upon time. 8. Compliance: Any violation of these terms will be reported to Airbnb support and may affect the guest’s ability to book future stays with us.
