This is a wilderness cottage by the river in the middle of nature. A peaceful area to hike, fish, and enjoy nature. Water from a borehole. There is no electricity in the area, but there is a gasoline-powered generator that supplies electricity to the cabin. The cottage is winter-inhabitable, but there is no basic heating. The cabin is heated by a fireplace. It can be cold when you arrive. Bring your own bed linen to the cottage. The tenant cleans the cottage himself. Plowing takes place once a week. The driveway is 250m and has a lockable gate at the beginning. The space 2nd floor, living room, kitchen, indoor sauna, laundry facilities and outdoor sauna.
