The space 65 m2 on 2 levels On the ground floor: 1 living room with large screen TV (digital programs) and library. 1 fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor: open and accessible via a relatively narrow staircase (see photos) - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a thick, comfortable hotel mattress, plus a dressing room and a large-screen TV (digital channels) + DVD player - 1 shower room with toilet, large sink, towels, shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer - 1 relaxation and/or work area with a large desk, plus materials for reading and entertainment (board games, books, games, coloring, drawing). A very comfortable single bed is available for people sleeping separately or for a third guest. On the ground floor: - An entrance with a rack for 2 bikes. -A large living room overlooking a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Large TV screen with digital channels. Just log into your account (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video). The house is heated by a highly efficient pellet stove and state-of-the-art convector heaters. Fans are provided, and a portable air conditioner is available in July and August (first floor). An outdoor camera is installed on the front porch to ensure your safety as well as that of my property. Bed sheets, towels, dish towel, cleaning products, and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Hot beverages are provided (tea, coffee for Dolce Gusto, hot chocolate, chicory coffee) Attention: due to the large number of reservations and organizational constraints, I no longer accept early arrivals before 3pm or departures after 12pm. THE HOUSE IS NOT EQUIPPED TO ACCOMMODATE YOUNG CHILDREN (baby bed, high chair, changing mat, baby bathtub) However, there are SECURITY BARRIERS at the stairs.
