60s home with large open spaces for socializing! There is the possibility for large groups of up to 10 people to sleep in the house. Brick walls and fireplace with basement, a staircase down to bathroom with spa & sauna! One covered patio and one with large wooden deck and pool. (pool season June-August. With nice weather, this can be expanded) There is a barbecue & wood-fired pizza oven for lovely summer evenings! 10 minutes from Green Line subway, 25 minutes from central Stockholm. A gem you can't miss! The space Only a 10-minute walk to the subway that takes you to Stockholm City in 25 minutes. Guest access You have access to the entire house yourself😊In addition to the areas and cabinets that are clearly marked with Private. Other things to note It is possible to charge your electric car on the house driveway. This is charged separately according to the electricity consumption used. The pool has a guaranteed opening period from June 1 to August 31, but I try to keep it open both earlier and later if possible and if the weather allows it! So, please check what applies to your stay if the dates are outside of June to August. As this is my private home, I reserve the right, in the case of larger groups, to refuse an increase in the number of guests or to discuss a possible deposit if I deem it appropriate.
