The apartment includes three air-conditioned bedrooms (one adjacent to the kitchen) and two bathrooms—one attached and one common—each equipped with geysers and necessary toiletries. The living room comfortably fits up to five guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, purifier, and a complete set of crockery, cutlery, cookware, and utensils for a convenient, homely experience. BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 3 cozy bedrooms on the same floor (One of the bedrooms is attached to the kitchen) - All the rooms are Air-Conditioned BATHROOMS - There is 1 attached and 1 common bathroom in the apartment - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room with a seating capacity of 5 guests (No AC). KITCHEN - The Kitchen includes a Gas stove, fridge, microwave, cutlery, Electric kettle, Toaster, Crockery, cutlery, cookware, Utensils, and a purifier. Guest access Guest would have access to the entire apartment which includes 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, and a kitchen. NOTES: - For stays of more than 5 nights, linens will be changed. - For stays of more than 15 nights, housekeeping will be provided on an alternative basis. - Housekeeping is not available for stays below 15 nights. - We can connect you with a maid for cleaning, payable directly by the guests, as the cleaning fee is not included in this package. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - A valid government-issued ID is required for all guests at the time of booking and upon arrival. - Any damage to the property caused by guests will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost. - Digital check-in, including e-signature, must be completed at least 24 hours prior to arrival. - Loud music is not permitted to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. - Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises. PET POLICY Pets must not be left unattended at any time during the stay. Pets are not allowed on carpets, beds, or sofas. Guests are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
